used R12R pricing opinions....

have a few options for getting an '08 or '09, low mileage....

wondering about this one price-wise:
https://indianapolis.craigslist.org/mcy/6122465035.html

opinions? seller is somewhat negotiable on price. i think $7500, or even $7000 seems a bit high based on other bikes i've seen in the marketplace. sounds like bike is pretty much flawless.
2nd owner i believe. regular maintenance done. finding out about the final drive recall, not sure if done, but i suppose i can take this in myself later on if needed.

thanks for any thoughts......

I agree with you - that's high for a hex head. I'm sure its a good bike that will last for a long time, but hard to find a buyer who would pay $7k for it...

Nice bike. It probably won't help much but in the UK a similar bike would be about $6100 - $6600.

I'd prefer this option, were it me. Sellers seem to think low mileage is a good reason to ask for a higher price. IMO, I'd much rather buy a bike that was well cared for with age-appropriate miles then one that looked pristine, but had been sitting around for ten years.
