During a recent road trip other riders noticed a wobble in my rear wheel. The wobble included the wheel, rotor and calipers. We removed the rear wheel and noticed the rear flange which the wheel is bolt s to, also has a wobble. The final drive gear oil is good with no leaks, and no excessive play is evident. Google revealed a recall for replacement of faulty flanges. I took the bike to my local dealer for tires and repair of the wheel wobble. The dealer learned this bike had the recall applied five years ago. The dealer believed the flange had been pressed in properly and repressed it. I went to pick up the bike when ready and saw the wobble still exists. The dealer asked to keep the bike and try again. Any ideas?
