Afternoon gents, i have a 2013 r1200r 90th anniversary edition and need to clean the threads up in the lefthand swingarm pivot block on the subframe. Would anybody know what thread size and pitch the swingarm bolt/stub is that threads into the swingarm pivot boss ?

Have you checked one of the online parts fiches (e.g. Max BMW)? They usually show diameter, pitch and tensile strength.

Auto Zone used to carry an SAE and metric thread chaser kit, as part of their free tool loaner program.
You can check the bolt size by carefully threading by hand a die onto the bolt thread. Then use the corresponding tap to carefully chase the thread. use lubricant !

No autozone here dude. I'm in the UK.

Found the thread size thankfully. It's M24x1.25

I've ordered a tap.
