BMW has introduces its new 2023-model R 1250 RS sport touring model with new standard electronic rider aids.

But there are questions:
What's up with no Dynamic or Dynamic Pro riding modes? Either the article is in error or they took away my favorite Modes to make way for "economy mode"..... "Handlebar option" is nice, but how much more than doing a conversion kit will it cost?

In the US it's a $110 option when ordering the bike.I’d reckon the tubular bars would (should!) be a no cost option.
The bars on the right are higher than the standard RS bars.Here is a comparison of the two. For those, who don't understand modern art.

The bars on the RS can be changed if you want to. It looks like the triple tree on the RS is the same as the R. The brake and clutch hoses are the same. I checked when I was looking at bar backs for my R bike. I do not know what BMW wants for the tubular bars, but they are not cheep.The bars on the right are higher than the standard RS bars.

To me they look the same but it's hard to tell because of the different angles.
Commonly available aftermarket tubular handlebars don't fit the BMW larger center diameter. Thought about making split collar adapters.The bars on the RS can be changed if you want to.
