Hi y'all. With Spring approaching I'm planning some longer (200+ miles) rides and am wondering about back rests. Mostly I want one to prevent my core from giving out thus causing me to lose form, leading to back pain or other soreness. I found this one on eBay. I'm curious about your experiences with these. Not sure it would be compatible with an R (listing says RT), but 200 miles doesn't sound like that long of a trip to me. Rather than a backreat, I'd just get off the bike and stretch every once in a while. Or pack a bag that straps to the pillion seat if you really need the support.
