Hey guys, after putting my tank back on and connecting everything and double checking three times and all grounds, the bike cranks over but won’t start. New battery fully charged.
Fuel pump or fuel pump controller is possibly gone out?

I had something like that happen with my previous bike - Suzuki: turned out one of the connectors leading to the pump wasn’t seated fully. I know you checked and triple checked, but hey, worth a shot. Also, a general tip: check fuses.

I'm not familiar with the 2011. If it has fuel line quick disconnects unplug and replug the lines.
One of my BMWs had two grounds going to the battery and one positive. It was easy to forget about the 2nd ground wire.

Odd for something significant to fail coinciding with simply removing the tank.
Are you certain the fuel pump and controller connectors are making proper contact? Spraying the contacts with electronic contact cleaner/lubricant can work wonders on a seemingly perfect plug and socket pair.
The controller can be bypassed temporarily to check the pump. I expect there’d be a thread on here somewhere or on any other contemporary BMW site.

I'm having a similar problem. I just got my rebuilt ABS module back from Module Masters. I reinstalled everything and not the bike won't fire up. It took the tank back off to re-check the module connection and disconnected then reconnected the fuel lines and fuel pump/fuel strip connector a couple times, still nothing. Lights and instruments are all good and full battery charge. I would be surprised if it was a fuse issue, but I will look for the fuse box and check them. Any other possible cause of this issue that anyone can provide insight on would be appreciated.

I’m embarrassed to admit the truth, but it was my fault. I miss matched the fuel lines. When I put the tank back on it looked like the lines matched up perfectly, but I was wrong. If you didn’t mark the fuel lines try swapping them. Fired right up.

Is it not turning over?
Troy has a separate thread for his issue here:
