This got lost in another thread, but BMW ON magazine is really serious about looking for more modern, more urbane or urbane images and stories about BMW bikes and bikers. Hoshiko are you listening?

I bitched an email to Vince about the hayseed, church social look of ON magazine and Vince replied very nicely, saying he is really trying to get a more modern image going, but the only pics and stories he gets are from the back 40, plaid shirt, post retirement crowd.

So it's up to us if you have a story or pictures that show you and/or your bike in an urban and/or (non-broken) hip setting. . . If you are part of a BMW forum somewhere else, or know a BMW rider, pass this on. As far as I can tell, it's a genuine effort to refresh BMW's bike image.

I wish I was a good story teller (or had good English grammar) I can certainly do the pictures tho.

Hoshiko, That's why they have an editor. They can help you with that.
