There are always options. Your cell phone is your BEST option.
More than likely going to be the rear tire. Carry a spare 17" tube!!!

Try to get off the road, to a flat level surface well to the side.
Use your hazard flashers, reflective jacket or other method to warn approaching vehicles. Odds are, you will never have to fix a flat by the roadside. But if you do, Remain Calm. Insure your safety. Work quickly.

It's great! New technology never ceases to amaze. Just wish that would help with tube tires. Mountain bikers have been using slime to do the same. Google Stans. http://www.notubes.com/ Watch the numerous YouTube posts. Also MTB bicycle shops have No Tubes-the solution tire sealant, and Joe's Super Sealant. Dyna beads for balancing. Shimano electronic shifters, disc brakes. Carbon frames. What's next? A water-cooled Boxer? Get outta' here!!!:D
