I suppose if you peg the per-hour charge at 200$ then .25 hrs might still be profitable per BMW standards, otherwise those people are saints.
About where I lived in Virginia, near the DC area, it demanded animal sacrifices at twilight to get any service under 150$ - actually wanted to experiment if I could find a service where I got out of the door for less than 150$, felt almost as if someone had an image to preserve!
