so far it doesn't even have a VIN number... wish they would just send us pictures of it being built..or even better, just simply send us a ticket to watch it being built! :mob:
I agree with you. If UPS can give a tracking number to customers for a $10 package, BMW could, too. My dealer gave me verbal updates on the build date, what stage of assembly it was, when it was completed, shipped from Germany, arrived in the country, cleared customs, was shipped to him, and the arrival date at the dealership. Removal from crate and checking fluid levels only took a day. Tag, title and registration procedures took nearly four days. But it was possible for the dealer to keep me "IN the LOOP."
