Hi all, seems a relatively popular request, but I have the high 810mm (52538534318) seat on my 2017 Exclusive, came with it. It's like new with only 8000k's and my light 70Kg frame sitting on it. I am after the standard (52538534316) 790mm as whilst the high is manageable and has been for my past 18 month ownership, sitting on a mates with the standard seat as I did recently is better suited to my shorter frame. If anyone (in Australia) is interested in a swap, if they could please let me know. I'd be looking for one that is similarly in excellent condition.

Cheers,

Trev

I don't know if you have had success with your seat quest but I have a 790mm seat for sale in excellent condition. $300 plus about $25 postage. Located in Qld

Did you end up sorting something? I’d be interested if they are compatible with 1250r.

I am 99% sure they are compatible with the 1250. I still have it. Probably check part numbers at AScycles or Max Bmw website microfiche.

I have checked microfiche part numbers for th 1250R and 1200RS, seat part numbers are identical. So my 790 seat should fit the 1250

I just checked my seat part number, expecting to match the standard height part number but I’ve actually got the high one already (ending 318). I guess it will be a custom seat for me then.

Sorry I thought you were after the lower seat. There is a taller seat from Bmw, called a sports seat and is 840mm number ends in 886

I have the 840mm high seat. It is pretty much like new. I would be happy to swap it for your 318 seat if you are interested. Cheers
