Hi All:
I just picked up my 2012 R1200R last Saturday. I'm a female rider of over 25 years experience and the Beemer is awesome. I had a kidney transplant in August of 2010 where they messed my spine up but I still insist on riding.
The BMW is like driving a jet - as one user stated on YouTube, you feel like superman, flying down the highway and you never want to get off the darn thing. As much as I'm hurting, I just take a few more pain meds and I'm good for about an hour on the bike. I didn't get the tour bags because I figure I will never tour.
I hope all of you are enjoying your R1200R. I hope to get some pictures up soon. Unfortunately I don't own a camcorder but it's on the wishlist once I can find a job I can handle.
Best regards to you all.
Jo Gordon
