Hello, I am new to this forum after purchasing my 2012 BMW R 1200 R from Cycle Werks of Barrington. I'd be interested in anyone from the NW Suburban Chicago area who wants to get together for a ride.

That's where I bought my '12 Classic, TM. Welcome! I think there is a BMW club around Palatine; you may find more than a few riders there. In contrast, I'm near the Lake, where I am the only listing for miles in the BMWMOA anonymous book. . .When they say "anonymous" they mean it. . . ..

That's where I bought my r1150r, "Stella!" that now sits idle with a bum abs servo pump. Got her off of ebay from them.
