Hello Everyone

Thought I'd register here as last week I ordered a brand new R1200R in light grey metallic with most of the gizmos (heated grips, alarm, BMW panniers and top box, sports screen, ABS, traction control and most importantly the low seat).
I'm so excited but as it doesn't arrive till end of August I'll have to just be patient. I'm trading in my 2003 Yamaha Diversion 900, which has been an old and trusted friend and never let me down. Just hope the Beamer is the same.
I'm an Expat British female living in Holland and I've been riding for many years.
So thats me in a nut shell

welcome to the site , waiting for mine too, my one is second hand but has done nothing ,so it looks new . lucky for you its a twin cam ,bit faster , you should love the bike . i have rode the gs range for years and always like them and keep going back to the flat twins .
i will post some pics soon.
