Haven't had it very long, month-and-a-half. Got it all salted up today, it was nice enough to ride in Wisconsin. I'm a GS guy and I've had about a dozen 1200 GSs and a lot of other BMWs. Probably preaching to the choir here but this is a nice mix of the k bikes I've had and the boxers. I'm really liking this bikes mix of sporty, practical and comfortable. I still have a 2017 GS 1200 and a Ducati super sport, this is somewhere right in the middle. Sweet spot

Welcome Adrian. Nice combo there in colour, seat height and comfort pillion seat.

For context with future posts, when you get a chance go to User CP (control panel) and enter your location details and add your bike details to your sig block.

Ah...mocha brown. A color scheme only a coffee or chocolate aficionado could love. :coolpics:

Not mocking...I just never understood why BMW went with that scheme. It’s such a “safe” color. Now, if it was mocha with sharp contrasting copper accents.... :001_wub:

I kind of wanted a new shift cam black one but this is a 2018 with 2100mi sold last spring for a huge savings, somebody took a huge hit trading it in, plus I liked the color....and it had the akrapovic on it.... Looking forward to racking up the miles. I have a few parts for sale on the site here that I took off from it, I took it back to mostly stock.
