Pannier Liners

Purchased OEM panniers for my 23’ R1250R. Like the idea of the liners for convenience.

Are there any recommendations other than the OEM liners. Don’t mind the cost but sometimes you can get better quality from another source.

Thanks to all in advance

Dont know about none oem but I have the oem for my R12R 18'. They are really good quality as you'd expect from bmw. They are made of a nylon/neoprene type matierial , this does make them a little thick but they are moulded so they fit the panniers perfectly.
Most of the others available are nylon denier material so are more bag like and don't hold there shape as well.
OEM are the best

Ali express os the margin or Kathy bags but almost as expensive as OEM

+1 OEM. Can’t beat the shape that is molded to perfectly fit the case.

Good find, @Anthonyp0808. I just ordered two - red and green options for port and starboard respectively.

Forum sponsor RK products has nice liners that don't lose much space.

I reckon the OEM BMW pannier liners are tops for quality and fit.

Talked to my local dealer and the pair of OEM are $350 plus tax or shipping as he is 150 miles away. Kathy's look nice as well. Not sure if the OEM are worth twice the price of the Kathys. Still need to look into the RKA.

thanks to all who responded.

In 2016 we each paid $212 for the BMW liners. If we had to replace them we would pay the $350. I'd whine about the price, but would still get them.
We've had BMW bikes since 1984 and these are our favorites of all the BMW liners we had in the past.
One thing we really like about the semi rigid liners, there's no loose material to get caught in the lid when closing the pannier.

Thank you Lee, the OEM will likely be the choice. Buy once, cry once unless my wife finds out, and then I cry twice.

Now if I could only get a windscreen.
