Check out this list of the top 100 bikes sold in Italy in 2010. The blog states that Italy represents about half of the overall European market, so this seems like a somewhat reliable list. That said, the BMW R1200R is 18th! Even better than the Ducati Monster! Wow.

Not bad actually. Even tho the R1200R is at #18, BMW R1200 series bikes are at the top of the list! I don't know about you, but I think the BMW R1200R can do better in North America. Italy is only so small.....hopefully we can see stats from other markets.

Great spot on the list for the R1200R...But a Ducati Monster did come in at #12 on the list..beating the R1200R.

I wonder what spot the R1200R holds in USA sales? Way down there somewhere for sure.
