Parts List:
Garrett GT1544 $630
TIAL Q 50MM Blow off valve $235
AEM Boost Gauge $145
AEM UEGO Wideband AFR Gauge $235
TurboXS Boost controller $121 May eventually change that to AEM truboost (Gauge and Controller)
PCV Auto Tune Dual Channel $399
Intercooler $???
Aluminum piping $40-80
Silicone Couplers $100
Oil Line and fittings $100
Air Filter $75
Rerun complete exhaust to delete cat $mucho

After reading power commanders ability with the PCV I am more confident than ever it is possible. upon further review, who really needs a warranty right?

This is about what I think parts wise it would take.

Now I have to find that money tree I left to shake it down.

All I have to do is find a place to sell this useless kidney I've been carrying around. seriously though, unfortunately between my 1200$ ticket and the drought (I operate a lawncare company), it is just a dream I can't get away from... I will be buying pieces as I can

good news, have to do some more research but pretty sure I can use a turbo off a 1.8t golf/jetta/passat. I located one I want on ebay and sent questions to the seller.. it's less than 1/3 the cost of the new garrett  I wanted and is a borg-warner unit (sure I could buy a brand new chinese for same or less, that seems like more problems than its worth)

WOW, I want that kit!! I'm pretty sure that kit would fit our R1200R's. Did anybody notice the comment about how our engines are only good up to 150 BHP because the crank can't handle more?

150 is plenty!! I bought a turbo.. it is probably too big though. I bought it for more as a mockup but may use it (it's a cheap one). It's an open box xspower t04e. I didn't factor in the cost of all the flanges and gaskets.. this is going to be a long project.
