I sold my old ucsi2000 and replaced it with a new 2100 (It's also compatible with my Triumph) but I cannot get it to pair with my phone. Has anyone else got this unit and did you have any problems with it?

I remember pairing with my 2000 was not that straightforward. Took 2x or 3x attempts with adapter already plugged in then turning ignition ON.

Pairing the adapter and using Motoscan only works with Android, are you aware of that?

Yes mate, I have android. I fixed it by flushing out the Bluetooth cashe. Found it straight away and I was able to reset my service light.
